A number of exercises were pretested in NAs training workshops organised in 2008 by CPDA. The manual is designed and developed with an aim of building the capacities of the communities on governance and development dimensions. Download | | | | | Sample NAs Constitution: This is a prototype constitution developed for the established Neighbourhood Assemblies (NAs) to establish their own constitution.
